When you submit a CV, apply for a role, or send an enquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, professional background, location or preferred market, your CV document, and anything you choose to tell us in free-text fields.

We use your information only to respond to you, to consider you for roles or relocation routes we believe may suit you, and to manage our relationship with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your CV with a client without speaking to you first.

CVs and submissions are stored in private, access-controlled systems. Only authorised members of our team can view candidate information or download CV files.

With your consent, analytics including heatmaps and session replay are used to understand how the site is used. This processing is based on consent, which you can withdraw at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. Analytics cookies are not set if you reject. No analytics provider is currently configured.

We keep candidate information for as long as it is useful to our work together — typically up to 24 months — unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law. [Retention period to be confirmed by the firm.]
