Commercial Litigation Associate — Seattle

About the role

An Am Law 100 firm is looking for a mid-level to rising senior associate to join its commercial litigation practice in Seattle. The team acts for local, national and international clients in complex disputes before state and federal courts, at trial and on appeal. The role • Hands-on involvement at every stage of a case: strategy and fact development, pleadings and motions, discovery, argument preparation, hearings and trial. • A collaborative, collegial team with strong opportunities for professional growth. What we are looking for • Five to seven years of litigation experience at a law firm, or firm experience combined with a clerkship. • Excellent writing skills and strong academic credentials. • Experience running e-discovery and motion practice. • Admission in Washington, or the ability to waive in promptly.
